Our early beginnings were as a provider of premium deicing products for a select few contractors in the Minneapolis – St. Paul metro market, but word quickly spread and Northern Salt Company has flourished into a well-recognized and respected provider of bulk, bagged and service-related deicing products used throughout Minnesota and parts of the upper Midwest.

Seeing an opportunity to continue to provide quality levels of service to the marketplace, Northern Salt has expanded our product offering and is now providing dust control services. This move allows us the ability to stay in contact with customers year round, as well as work at continuing to grow our customer base.

Driven by service, it is our goal to become the supplier of choice and a partner for our customers. Whether providing round-the-clock operation of our site during winter events or providing custom application services, our focus remains the same, ensuring our customers receive superior products in a timely manner with unmatched service expectations.
